  • Exercising regularly improves the functioning of your whole body, making it less easy for you to injure yourself.
  • You must warm up each segment of the body before starting any activity, otherwise the risk of injury is greater. Also, don’t forget to stretch before and after physical activity.

  • ½ cup of rosemary leaves (100 g)

  • Heat all the ingredients in a saucepan: bring everything to the boil and boil for two more minutes.

  • Remove from the heat and let cool well.
  • Apply with gentle circular motions
