  • ½ cup of oil (125 ml)

  • 2 tablespoons of baking powder (20 g)

  • Natural vanilla essence
  • Zest of one lemon (to taste)

Preparation

  • First, pour a cup filled with sugar with a little water into a saucepan and heat it gently until the sugar turns to caramel. Book it.
  • Wash, peel and then cut the apples into slices and place them on top of the caramel.
  • In a bowl, pour the remaining cup of sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and lemon zest.

  • 2 cups chopped toasted almonds (400 g)
  • 1 cup of milk (250 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla (10 g)

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
  • Sprinkle a mold about 26 centimeters in diameter with flour.

  • 3 tablespoons of sugar (45 g)
  • 3 tablespoons of butter (60 g)
  • Icing sugar to decorate the pie

Preparation

  • First of all preheat the oven to 200 ° C
  • Then place a vegetable baking paper to cover the baking sheet.
  • Roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin on a previously buttered and floured surface. Then, cut jagged edges from the puff pastry and then place it on the baking paper.
