Since it does not contain oil, the banana and sugar exfoliant is ideal for oily skin. Choose the one that is most suitable for your skin type.

The skin is the most important organ in your body, and at the same time the most exposed to external aggressions, which can tarnish its beauty. This is why it is necessary to exfoliate your skin.

Over the years, the climate, bad general habits and especially food, the condition of your skin is affected and becomes more fragile and requires more care.

It’s time to adopt good habits and start taking care of your skin.   Especially since there are many solutions today to have a radiant complexion.

Some tips for healthy and beautiful skin

  1. Use sun protection:  It is indeed very important to protect your skin from the sun’s rays. For this, we recommend that you use a sunscreen with an index of at least 30 SPF.
  2. Eat a balanced diet:  Diet has a very important role in the health and well-being of your skin. It is therefore very important to consume vegetables and fruits rich in minerals and vitamins so that they bring you more firmness and that they activate the cell renewal of your skin.
  3. Get regular sleep:  Rest is the best medicine to have beautiful skin because it activates cell regeneration. Cell renewal can even be 3 times more effective at night than during the day. This is why it is recommended to sleep an average of 8 hours per night.

Following tips for having beautiful skin

  1. Good hygiene:  Our skin is constantly exposed to external contaminations such as wind, dust, or even makeup. Thus, washing your face regularly, and especially before bedtime, is essential to avoid clogging of the pores which would limit skin regeneration.
  2. Good hydration:  Hydration of the skin is fundamental to have a beautiful complexion. You can also find a plethora of products and moisturizers on the market that can potentially bring you other benefits. Another alternative to commercial products are homemade masks and creams made from natural products.
  3. Have good habits:  Playing sports regularly, consuming little alcohol and tobacco and, of course, eliminating drugs are essential for the health of your skin. Indeed, bad habits can cause irritation, allergies, pH imbalance, or even dry out the skin.
  4. Make scrubs: There are  many solutions available to exfoliate and cleanse the skin. By doing scrubs, you will promote cell regeneration by cleaning dead cells. Regular scrubs allow better oxygenation and thus revitalization of the skin. As with moisturizers, there are many exfoliating products on the market. You can also make your own homemade recipes.
